Working principle of jaw crusher
The PE serial jaw crusher mainly consists of main frame, movable( swing ) jaw, eccentric shaft, toggle plates etc. The electric motor passes power via V-belt pulley to the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw moves in mesh, therefore, materials in crushing chamber can be crushed.

Mainframe rack need segmented cast, then bolt firmly linked together into a whole, the casting process is complicated. Rack made small jaw crusher can also be used thick steel plate welded but rigidity poor.
Jaw plate and side guards
Fixed jaw and movable jaw by jaw bed and jaw plates, jaw working portion is fixed to the bed with a jaw and wedge bolts. Fixed jaw bed is rack anterior wall, moving jaw bed hanging in the week, have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the crushing reaction force, which is mostly cast steel or cast iron.
Transmission Parts
Crusher eccentric shaft is the main shaft by a huge bending torque, high-carbon steel. Eccentric portion to be finishing, heat treatment, bearing metal with Bending torque. One end of the eccentric shaft mounted pulley, and the other end mounted flywheel.
